Auction Item Donation for Procurement
This is the item donation page. The auction procurement requirement can be met with an item or cash donation. Donated items, services, gift cards or experiences must have a minimum value of $200.

Auction procurement is due on 12/16/24. After the 12/16 deadline, only $300 cash will be accepted.
Below is additional information about donations.
- Items must be new and in original packaging with tags.
- The minimum value of each individual item must be at least $75 towards the total value of $200.
- Gift cards must have a minimum value of $50 with a full year before the expiration date.
We do not accept the following:
- Bedding

Software
- Wall Art
- Holiday Decorations

Coupons
(ie: Buy one, get one free, etc.)
- Services that may require additional costs
(ie: 50% off a procedure)
- Clothing (professional sports apparel IS accepted)
