Auction Item Donation
This is the item donation page. The procurement requirement can be met with an item or cash donation. Donated items, services, gift cards, or experiences must have a minimum value of $200.

Auction items must be turned in by February 2, 2026. After the 2/2 deadline, only $300 cash will be accepted.
Below is additional information about donations.
- Items must be new and in original packaging with tags.
- The minimum value of each individual item must be at least $50 towards the total value of $200.
- Gift cards must have a minimum value of $50 with a full year before the expiration date.
We do not accept the following;
- Bedding
- Software
- Wall Art
- Holiday Decorations
- Coupons (ie: buy one, get one free, etc.)
- Services that require additional costs (ie: 50% off a procedure)
- Clothing (professional sports apparel IS accepted)
